Shop Action

New Amy Butler's are here.

Take a look in the latest Better Homes & Gardens magazine to see the latest hand thread embellishment projects from Prints Charming.

We have few spaces left in our 8 August Workshop, where Kirsten (and possibly Kath) from Prints Charming will be teaching their embroidery techniques.

Cute IPad cover.

Today I'm looking at quilts and classes with Suzy Miller and Katrina Hadjimichael.

Suzy's latest masterpiece is her Rockley Quilt.

Rockley is currently hanging on the Pink Wall in the shop, so everybody please take the opportunity to see this quilt in the flesh, if you can.  It is one of the best "Australiana" Quilts I have seen.  The kangaroos, etc don't look weird (which is what seems to happen with Australian wildlife). Suzy has a house in the town of Rockley (country NSW).

Sneak peek at Suzy's next quilt.  Need I say anything.

Some of you may have had the pleasure of hearing Katrina speak at the Powerhouse Museum for the Quilt Study Group of NSW a few months ago.  Katrina teaches her (machine quilts) at Quiltsmith once a month, and she will be starting a class for her hand pieced quilts next year.  This is Katrina's blog address so you can get to know her better.

The following are student's work in Katrina's class here.

If you would any details on these or other classes at Quiltsmith please call us on 02 95504947.
